Xavier Torra | EURECAT

Xavier Torra is a member of the Advisory Board of BBVA in Catalonia. He has been a member of CAREC – Generalitat de Catalunya and the Industry Commission and the Tax Commission of the Circle of Economy.
For eight years, until 2018, he was chairman of the Board of Trustees of the OXFAM-Intermón España Foundation.
For 23 years he served as CEO of SIMON HOLDING, a group of companies that manufacture small electrical and lighting equipment, active in more than 20 countries.
He previously held several executive positions at Dupont de Nemours, British Petroleum and Union Carbide (Argon).
